Why hello there! Happy National Tortilla Chip day, who knew this was a thing? I wanted to tie today’s post into this amazing day, so lets talk some dip recipes. Who doesn’t love a yummy dip recipe to dunk your tortilla chips in. I am a sucker for some staple dips.
I hope that you enjoy the handful of dip recipes that I am sharing with you!
Ingredients:
- 2 Canned Chicken
- 1 Bag Shredded Cheese
- 2 Blocks of Cream Cheese
- 2 cups of Ranch Dressing
- Hot Sauce ( I used 6 oz. but you can do more or less)
I am going to keep the process easy:
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
- On the stove top melt together all the ingredients in a pan.
- When dip is melted add in the chicken and stir well.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes
- Let cool and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 Packet of Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dressing Mix
- 10 oz. can of Rotel Original ( Drain excess liquid)
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 1 cup of finely shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients into a bowl well and chill for 1 hour, then enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. well softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 Mayo
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2/3 cup of finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
- pepper * just enough to taste*
- 6 oz frozen spinach thawed and excess liquid drained out
- 1 14 oz. can of Artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed, and chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat over to 350 Degrees
- Spray a baking pan with oil
- Mix together sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepper together
- Add Spinach and Artichoke and mix
- Spread into baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes
- Let cool
- Enjoy
