Today I am going to share a fun and easy Fall painting craft for the kids in your life! I did this craft with the youngest girl that I nanny for and she had a fun time.
The supplies that you need for this craft are as following:
- Fall Paint Colors
- Paint Brush
- Paper of your color choice
- A selection of Leaves
- Masking tape
- Paper plate or Palette to put Paint on
Step 1: Take a small amount of tape and roll and place on the back of each leaf and place them throughout the piece of paper.
Step 2: Choose your paint color and paint over top of the entire leaf and bring the paint as far around the leaf as you would like
Step 3: Continue to paint over each leaf with your different colors, until you have covered all of the leaves you have placed on the paper.
Step 4: Now it is time to let the paint dry to make it easier to remove the leaves and tape.
Step 5: Once dry, pull off the leaves and you can throw them away.
What will remain is a cool painting showing the shapes of the leaves and also lots of color as well!
